Residential Property Manager

About the role

Arbors Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations for a 190‑unit senior/disabled subsidized high‑rise in Pittsburgh, PA.

$60,000+ per year (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage leasing, tenant recertifications (annual/interim), waitlists, and HUD/Section 8 compliance.
• Oversee property finances, rent collections, deposits, and magistrate filings when necessary.
• Direct on‑site maintenance staff, process work orders, and conduct regular unit and grounds inspections.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, accurate electronic resident files, and Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• Property management experience in affordable housing (Section 8 / HUD).
• Valid PA Real Estate License (or ability to obtain within 1 year).
• Strong computer proficiency, budget management skills, and solid communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass criminal background and drug screenings.
