Residential Program Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Residential Program Manager to lead and support our community homes. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality care, managing staff, and supporting residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily operations across multiple residential homes
• Ensuring quality care and support for residents
• Leading, coaching, and supporting Direct Support Professionals and an Assistant Manager
• Being on-call and stepping in to help in the homes when needed (including emergency coverage)
• Maintaining the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals we support
• Managing staffing, schedules, and coverage to meet each home’s needs
• Overseeing medical care coordination, appointments, and medication compliance
• Monitoring budgets, spending, and individuals’ personal funds
• Maintaining homes, vehicles, and overall property standards
• Partnering with families, providers, and community resources
• Supporting hiring, training, and performance management of staff

Requirements

• High school diploma required (Associate’s preferred)
• 3+ years in the IDD field, including 2+ years of leadership experience required
• Medication Administration certification required
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Valid and current driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record with a minimum of 2 years driving experience (required)
