About the role
Saratoga Bridges is seeking a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) to support individuals in our Individualized Residential Alternatives (IRAs). The candidate will develop Life Plans, including Staff Action Plans, Valued Outcomes, and Plans of Protective Oversight, in collaboration with the person supported and their team. This role requires familiarity with OPWDD services terminology and processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Life Plans, Staff Action Plans, Valued Outcomes, and Plans of Protective Oversight with the individuals supported and their teams.
- Provide training and support to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure proper implementation of goals and data collection.
- Review goals and data collection to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Complete and track monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Maintain a person-centered approach in all aspects of the role.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, such as Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (required for QIDP status).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities, preferably in OPWDD services.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to transport yourself between residential houses.

Pay
