Residential Program Coordinator / Lead DSP

Job Description

• Cook and prepare meals as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the home.

• Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or one year of lead staff experience.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

  Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and provide direct support for extended periods.
  • Ability to safely transfer, reposition, and assist individuals.
  • Ability to lift, move, push, pull, and/or assist with lifting up to 50 pounds.

  Skills & Abilities

  • Prior experience in residential services preferred.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, communication, and time management skills.
  • Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to support individuals using a person-centered approach.
