Job Description
- Cook and prepare meals as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and order within the home.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or one year of lead staff experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and provide direct support for extended periods.
- Ability to safely transfer, reposition, and assist individuals.
- Ability to lift, move, push, pull, and/or assist with lifting up to 50 pounds.
Skills & Abilities
- Prior experience in residential services preferred.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, communication, and time management skills.
- Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to support individuals using a person-centered approach.
