Residential Program Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Aid in monthly fire drills and document them
  • Complete tasks on the Monthly Program Assistant Checklist and submit by the 8th of each month
  • Conduct Monthly Med Room and MAR Reviews and submit to Administrator
  • Assist in identifying staff training needs and scheduling
  • Monitor facility for repairs and report concerns
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate vehicle maintenance
  • Coordinate members' appointments and follow up on recommendations
  • Reconcile Members' accounts and Petty Cash monthly
  • Participate in Resident Counsel Meetings and complete Annual Waiver Assessments
  • Prepare and submit payroll information
  • Support new employee orientation and mentoring
  • Ensure documentation compliance and assist in training
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Structured and organized work environment
  • Knowledge of administrative duties
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Proficiency in English
  • Normal physical abilities
  • Ability to perform essential job functions
