Responsibilities
- Aid in monthly fire drills and document them
- Complete tasks on the Monthly Program Assistant Checklist and submit by the 8th of each month
- Conduct Monthly Med Room and MAR Reviews and submit to Administrator
- Assist in identifying staff training needs and scheduling
- Monitor facility for repairs and report concerns
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate vehicle maintenance
- Coordinate members' appointments and follow up on recommendations
- Reconcile Members' accounts and Petty Cash monthly
- Participate in Resident Counsel Meetings and complete Annual Waiver Assessments
- Prepare and submit payroll information
- Support new employee orientation and mentoring
- Ensure documentation compliance and assist in training
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Structured and organized work environment
- Knowledge of administrative duties
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in English
- Normal physical abilities
- Ability to perform essential job functions
