About the role
Responsible for processing residential mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in loan documentation.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify borrower information for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and submit loan documents to third-party servicers.
- Communicate with borrowers and servicers to resolve issues and ensure timely loan closings.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage processing or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing mortgage lending.
- Experience with loan origination systems (LOS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
