About the role

Join our team as a Residential Mortgage Lending Processor. We are seeking an experienced individual to handle loan applications, underwrite loans, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle loan applications and underwriting processes
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation
• Communicate with clients and third-party vendors regarding loan status
• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Prepare and submit loan files for approval

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage lending or related field
• Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA guidelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
