Residential Manager- WARREN & WASHINGTON COUNTIES, NY

About the role

The Residential Manager position is a Full Time 40-hour Monday-Friday position. This is an hourly non-exempt position. The rate of pay is $24.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the residential group home operates efficiently and effectively while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Ensure the overall well-being of the adults with developmental disabilities whose home they are managing.
• Maintain a welcoming home environment where people's everyday needs are met including medical, recreation, and socialization.

Requirements

• Preferred experience would be bachelor's degree with 1 year as a supervisor; associate degree with 3 years as supervisor; OR High School Diploma/equivalent with 5 years as a supervisor.
• Must secure and maintain all required certifications and trainings.
• Must have a driver's license that meets WWAARC insurability standards.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the people we support and agency information.
• Must be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications
