About the role

As a Full Time Residential Manager at The Arc Chemung-Schuyler in Elmira, you will play a crucial role in utilizing team-based concepts to coordinate, supervise, and provide exceptional residential services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the residence is adequately staffed and arranging substitute coverage when necessary.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field with two years of supervisory experience, OR
• Associate degree with three years of supervisory experience, OR
• High School Diploma with five years of human service experience and three years of supervisory experience
• Previous experience in an ID/DD setting is preferred
• Valid/clean driver's license required

Pay

$23.50 - $26.50 per hour
