Residential Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, oversight and training with assigned staff to ensure best care practices and job competencies are understood and met.
• Ensure required documentation is completed correctly and within timelines given to meet quality measures.
• Discuss QA and clinical issues with the Program Supervisor/QMHP.
• Serve as back-up to assigned staff when these staff are unavailable (due to being with other clients, sickness, vacation, etc.) and/or in need of additional expertise.
• Prioritize and assist with management of client needs and supports.
• Provide program training and supports where needed to ensure quality of services delivered.
• Cookbook individual/family/group therapist to the clients as required and indicated in the treatment plan.

Requirements

• Requires prolonged sitting, frequent standing, bending, and stooping.
• Requires a typical range of hearing and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard, telephone, photocopier, calculator, and other office equipment as needed.
• Standing, sitting, or walking for up to 8 hours or longer per workday.
• Tb test upon hire.
