About the role

This position oversees residential homes, staff, compliance, and quality services for individuals supported by Arrowhead West, Inc. You help create safe, supportive, and person-centered homes while ensuring high-quality services, staff success, and compliance with agency, licensing, and CARF requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support residential teams
• Oversee daily operations of home
• Hire and coach staff
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
