What You’ll Do
- Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and thermostats
- Perform equipment and parts upgrades with quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and accurate installations
- Follow safety protocols and industry regulations at all times
- Deliver exceptional customer service, building trust and long-term relationships with homeowners
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized worksites and vehicles
- Document work accurately using ServiceTitan or similar software
What It Takes to Succeed
- At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Mechanical aptitude and solid troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Excellent communication and professionalism with customers and coworkers
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Team-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
- Commitment to safety, integrity, and professional excellence
