Residential Lead HVAC Installer

About the role

Responsible for installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties. This includes diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring compliance with local building codes.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair HVAC systems in residential homes
• Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions
• Ensure all work adheres to safety and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and other contractors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• At least 2 years of related experience in HVAC installation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using common HVAC tools and equipment

Skills

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills
