Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, and ventilation)
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about issues, solutions, and recommendations
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality expectations
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Represent Sandpiper with professionalism in every customer interaction
Requirements
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- EPA Certification (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to relocate (relocation support may be available)
