HVAC Service Technician

About the role

3R Plumbing & Mechanical is a veteran-owned HVAC and plumbing company serving the South Shore of Massachusetts. We invest in our technicians with stocked vans, modern diagnostic tools, ServiceTitan on iPads, and comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems including gas furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini-splits, and AC units.
• Perform maintenance and tune-ups.
• Present repair and replacement options honestly and clearly to homeowners.
• Generate replacement leads for our Comfort Advisor and earn a commission for each sale.
• Document work in ServiceTitan with photos and notes.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 3+ years residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA 608 Universal certification.
• Strong diagnostic skills on gas heating and AC/heat pump systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Professional, customer-friendly communication.

Qualifications

• Nice to have: MA refrigeration technician license, Gas fitter card, Experience with Navien, Bryant, Trane, or Mitsubishi equipment, ServiceTitan experience.

Skills

• Residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA 608 Universal certification.
• Diagnostic skills on gas heating and AC/heat pump systems.
• Professional communication skills.

$35.00 - $50.00 per hour
