HVAC Service Technician

About the role

Responsible for providing HVAC service and repair solutions to residential and commercial clients. This position offers competitive compensation starting at up to $32 per hour, plus a significant sign-on bonus of up to $7,500.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Install new HVAC systems as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide satisfactory service.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all industry standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in using common HVAC diagnostic tools.
