Residential HVAC Service Technician

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and identify potential issues before they become major repairs
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, and performance concerns
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience during every service call
• Document findings, repairs, and recommendations accurately
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure exceptional customer service

What You Bring

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical schematics
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your service calls effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• NATE Certification
• Experience with airflow diagnostics and system performance testing
• Knowledge of sheet metal practices and air balancing

Pay & Schedule

• Base Pay: $32.00 - $48.00/hour depending on experience, certifications, and skill level. Even our lower-performing technicians earn an additional $11,000+ annually on top of their base pay, while top performers have the potential to earn up to $145,000 per year in total compensation.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM with overtime opportunities
