Residential HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes
• Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred, related mechanical experience welcome
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20-40 per hour plus commission, with earning potential up to $130,000+ per year based on performance. The exact pay will be determined during the hiring process and will be outlined in an offer letter addendum.
