Residential HVAC Selling Technician position in Englewood, Ohio serving the greater Dayton area. $5,000 signing bonus with average W2 earnings of $100K+ through $25 to $50 hourly plus commission.

About the Role

You'll run service calls, diagnose problems, and present repair or replacement options directly to homeowners—no handoffs. You'll handle the entire process from diagnosis to sale, including financing, ensuring customers can act on your recommendations. Your hourly pay is just the starting point; commission drives your earnings higher.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and service residential HVAC equipment on every call
• Identify replacement opportunities and present them on the spot
• Walk homeowners through repair and replacement options
• Present and process financing to ensure affordability
• Follow through from sale to install to maintain customer care

Requirements

• 5+ years of residential HVAC experience
• Universal EPA Certification
• Experience selling replacement systems in the home
• Comfort with financing applications and payment conversations
• Positive, friendly attitude

Pay

Hourly base ($25 to $50) based on experience, skills, and credentials, plus commission on sales. Earnings potential averages $100K+ annually.
