Residential HVAC Sales & Service Technician

About the role

We diagnose, service, repair and sell residential HVAC systems. Duties include communicating findings and all available options clearly and honestly to homeowners, documenting service calls using Service Titan, maintaining a clean, safe job-site, and operating company vehicles, equipment, and provided resources responsibly and safely.

• Document service calls using Service Titan
• Maintain a clean, safe job-site and a professional appearance at all times
• Operate company vehicles, equipment, and provided resources responsibly and safely
• Consistently meet performance expectations tied to quality, efficiency, and customer experience

Requirements

• Must have residential HVAC sales & service experience
• EPA certification
• Nate certification
• Clean, professional appearance required while representing the company
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• No criminal record that would prevent entering customers’ homes
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Pay
