Residential HVAC Service & Sales Technician

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, analyze, and repair issues pertaining to Bell’s customers’ HVAC and boiler systems.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, compressors, ductless mini-splits, and hydronic boilers.
• Successfully diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Test and repair boilers by operating the system.
• Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills.
• Educate clients on their systems and maintenance requirements.
• Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overview.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 4 years of HVAC and boiler experience.
• EPA Type 2 or Universal valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable with a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Successfully diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, compressors, ductless mini-splits, and hydronic boilers.
