Residential HVAC - Service Technician

Pay

$31.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus spiffs. $8,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Schedule

Monday through Friday with available overtime.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics, service, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Annual and routine maintenance
• Providing expert customer service and consulting on repairs, upgrades, and replacements

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification with strong understanding of superheat and subcooling principles
• Skilled in diagnosing system issues and making informed repair vs. replacement recommendations
• Ability and willingness to obtain Mechanical License within 2 years of employment
• Working knowledge of basic sheet metal fabrication and installation practices
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
