Residential HVAC Installer & Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Performs residential HVAC installations including boilers, furnaces, condensers, and heat pump systems
• Ensures work is completed on time, up to code, and to company standards
• Communicates clearly and professionally with homeowners, sales staff, and project managers
• Maintains safe, clean, and organized job sites
• Completes job documentation, system start-ups, testing, and quality checks

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience required
• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead or support installations
• Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and professionalism
• Valid driver’s license required
