Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems and ductwork with precision and professionalism.
• Prepare jobs thoroughly, tracking materials and details to keep projects on schedule.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure confidence and comfort in their systems.
• Represent Reynolds with pride by maintaining clean, organized, and professional jobsites.
• Take ownership of your performance, participate in training, and help elevate industry standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and vehicle.
• Engage in ongoing training and team development meetings.

Requirements

• 4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and safety practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, follow technical instructions, and problem-solve in the field.
• Universal EPA Certification preferred.

Pay

Earn $26 to $37 per hour plus weekly profit-sharing. Top performers bring in $80,000+ per year, with potential to earn over $100,000 annually.
