Residential HVAC Installation Technician

About the role

Lays out, assembles, and installs all areas of residential HVAC installations including ductwork, setting, and starting up split and package systems. Responsibilities also include gas piping, venting, and electrical work.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-5 years of field experience
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• EPA certified to handle refrigerant

Skills

• Knowledge of required duct sizing for supply and returns for 1.5 to 5-ton units
• Able to effectively braze all sizes of copper
• Ability to do metal fabrication
• Basic computer knowledge
