We are a fast-growing HVAC company based in Seattle, WA, focused on delivering high-quality residential service and installation work with integrity, technical excellence, and long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
  • Perform residential HVAC installations, including equipment change-outs and system upgrades
  • Ensure installations meet code requirements, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners before, during, and after work
  • Maintain accurate service and installation documentation using company-provided mobile tools
  • Represent the company with professionalism, technical competence, and pride
  • Contribute to building a high-standard service and installation culture as the company scales

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of verifiable, hands-on residential HVAC service and installation experience
  • Licensing:
    • EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred)
    • Washington State Electrical Trainee Card or Journeyman 06A Electrical License
    • Seattle Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic License (preferred)
  • Driving: Valid Washington State Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of verifiable, hands-on residential HVAC service and installation experience
  • Licensing:

Pay

$41.00 - $45.00 per hour, depending on experience and certifications

Full-time, year-round work with stable scheduling
