Experienced HVAC Residential Service Technician

Collin Air Conditioning is a family-owned, customer-focused company serving Plano and Collin County for over 40 years. We're growing and looking for an experienced Residential Service Technician who wants strong pay, a tight service area, and flexibility around on-call.

Pay

• $30-$40 hourly, depending on experience
• Weekly pay
• $70K-$100K+ realistic total earnings (hourly + performance incentives)
• Higher hourly rate for rotating on-call
• Option to opt out of on-call

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Optional on-call rotation (flexible based on your preference)
• Local routes only - Collin County (no long commutes)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Provide top-tier customer experience and clear communication
• Perform maintenance and system evaluations to company standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience (required)
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Professional communication and customer service
• Must have your own hand tools

Qualifications

• NATE certification (preferred)
