Residential House Manager - Harford County
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro paragraph about Aspire Living & Learning: mission, etc. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe includes description of role and organization. Could put that in
under About the role. - Then location: Harford County. Pay: $48,000 annually. - Then "Key Responsibilities:" with bullet list? Actually they have paragraphs describing responsibilities: Relationships and Communication, Program Management, Leadership and Coordination, Administrative Responsibilities. Those are subheadings but we can treat them as list items under Responsibilities. - Then "Our ideal candidate:" with bullet list of qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field, or equivalent combination; Experience providing support to individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors; Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred; Basic Computer skills, experience using Therap a plus!; High School Diploma or GED required; Empathy, enthusiasm, and a passion and dedication for helping others; In some locations, a valid US driver’s license, vehicle, and auto insurance may be required, with at least 3 years of driving experience. Access to reliable transportation is required, and some positions may require the use of a personal vehicle to transport supported individuals, depending on program needs. - Then benefits paragraph: "Employees at Aspire enjoy working with a collaborative and dedicated team that values a culture of belonging and care. We take pride in offering a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees, including:" then list of benefits. - Then final paragraph about making a difference and encouraging applications, plus EEO statement (should be removed as boilerplate). Also hashtags. We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The final paragraph includes EEO encouragement; we should remove that as boilerplate. Also the hashtags maybe considered metadata; we can drop. We need to include Pay and Schedule sections only if posting actually states them. Pay is stated: $48,000 annually. Schedule not mentioned; we should not include Schedule section. Benefits: we have specific benefits listed, so include Benefits section. Qualifications: we have "Our ideal candidate:" which includes qualifications; we can put under Qualifications. Skills: maybe we can extract skills from qualifications: interpersonal, organizational, communication, supervisory, computer, Therap, etc. Could create Skills section. But we must prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Qualifications and Skills? But instructions: Use headings for those categories if content exists. We have content for Qualifications (education, experience). Skills could be separate. However we might combine them under "Qualifications and Skills" but heading must be exactly one of the allowed headings. Not allowed to create custom heading. So we need to decide which sections to include. We have: - About the role: we can include intro paragraph describing organization and role. - Responsibilities: we have detailed responsibilities. - Qualifications: we have education, experience, etc. - Skills: we have interpersonal, organizational, communication, supervisory, computer, Therap, driver's license, etc. - Benefits: we have list. - Pay: we have $48,000 annually. Schedule: not present, omit. We should not include empty sections. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the posting. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is Program Manager; we should not put that as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

We should not include Schedule. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not repeated. We removed EEO encouragement and hashtags. We kept all substantive info. Check if any info missing: location Harford County mentioned in intro; we included that in About the role paragraph. Good. We kept "assist and instruct individuals in all aspects of their IP, administer medication when required, provide in-house and agency-contracted training and consultation services, adhere to budgetary guidelines, assist and instruct residents with daily living skills, behavioral and habilitative plans, medical, psychiatric and socio-emotional needs, and work with the People Team to plan and implement corrective action when necessary." This is part of responsibilities but we didn't capture explicitly. Our responsibilities bullets may not include those specifics. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information. The responsibilities section we wrote includes Relationships and Communication, Program Management, Leadership and Coordination, Administrative Responsibilities. But we missed some specific duties: "assist and instruct individuals in all aspects of their IP, administer medication when required, provide in-house and agency-contracted training and consultation services, adhere to budgetary guidelines, assist and instruct residents with daily living skills, behavioral and habilitative plans, medical, psychiatric and socio-emotional needs, and work with the People Team to plan and implement corrective action when necessary." Also "The Program Manager will mentor, develop and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff, ensure adherence to all DDS, funding agency, and state regulations, maintains and monitor staffing schedule, assist with writing clinical assessments and overseeing ISP assessments, and assume on-call responsibilities as required." Also "The Program Manager will also assist and instruct individuals in all aspects of their IP, administer medication when required, provide in-house and agency-contracted training and consultation services, adhere to budgetary guidelines, assist and instruct residents with daily living skills, behavioral and habilitative plans, medical, psychiatric and socio-emotional needs, and work with the People Team to plan and implement corrective action when necessary." We need to incorporate these into responsibilities. Our current responsibilities bullets are generic but we need to include those specifics. We can either expand the bullets to include them. We should not lose any detail. Let's rewrite responsibilities to capture all. Better to create a list of responsibilities directly from the posting, maybe as- each bullet being a responsibility statement. We have many responsibilities listed in paragraphs; we can break them into separate list items. Let's extract all responsibility statements: From first paragraph after "Key Responsibilities:" Actually there is a paragraph: "The PM is responsible for programmatic and operational management of services that will enable individuals to reach their fullest potential. This person holds a leadership role, building effective teams through developmental supervision and championing internal and external partnerships. Below outlines key aspects of the roles and responsibilities this position holds:" Then sections. But we can just list all responsibilities as bullet points. Let's gather: - Mentor, develop and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff. - Ensure adherence to all DDS, funding agency, and state regulations. - Maintains and monitor staffing schedule. - Assist with writing clinical assessments and overseeing ISP assessments. - Assume on-call responsibilities as required. - Assist and instruct individuals in
