Residential Home Coordinator

About the role
The Hattie Larlham Residential Coordinator (RC) performs all of the responsibilities and duties of the Direct Support Professional (DSP) and is responsible for health care, nutrition, and household management for the individuals served.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties of a Direct Support Professional
- Provide health care support for individuals served
- Assist with nutrition and meal planning
- Manage household operations to ensure a safe and supportive environment
Requirements
- Previous direct care experience in a related field
- Minimum of High School Education Diploma or equivalent
- Ohio Driver's license with five points or less, and current auto insurance
- Personal vehicle with proof of liability insurance
- Sufficient physical strength to lift and assist individuals

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Detail oriented to ensure all regulatory paperwork is completed correctly
- Ability to resolve conflicts in a non-threatening manner

- High ethics and values and able to maintain high level of confidentiality
