Residential Group Home Supervisor - I/DD

About the role

The Residential Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential facility, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the residential facility
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies
• Maintain a safe and secure living environment
• Provide support and guidance to residents
• Collaborate with staff to develop and implement resident care plans
• Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and progress
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other stakeholders
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Experience with crisis intervention and conflict resolution
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
