About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Group Home Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of three residential community living sites serving adults with physical disabilities, neurological impairments, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the health, safety, dignity, and individualized goals of the people we support.
- Lead and manage a 24-hour Direct Support Professional (DSP) team, fostering a professional, collaborative work environment.
- Support individuals to reach or maintain their highest level of independence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of one year of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, and/or traumatic brain injury.
- At least one year of successful supervisory or management experience.
- Experience working with Individual Service Plans (ISPs) is a plus.
- A genuine passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
