RESIDENTIAL GROUP SUPERVISOR

What You Will Do

• Provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program
• Create an atmosphere supportive of the needs of the students
• Monitor and document student behaviors and activities
• Participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities
• Work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment plan
• Supervise a small team of Youth Mentors and be responsible for their training, mentorship, timesheet management, discipline and annual evaluations

Requirements

• Treat others with respect
• Internal applicants must be a Coach Counselor or higher Direct Care Position with no less than standard performance and at least one year of experience at Rite of Passage
• Staff in this position must have completed Operations and Treatment Essential Subjects prior to placement in this position
• Additionally, staff in this position must complete Human Resources Essential Subjects within six months of placement in the position
• External candidates must have 1-year prior experience working with at-risk youth in a similar position as a Coach Counselor or higher Direct Care position
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test

Schedule

7:00 am to 8:00 pm or 8:00 am to 9:00 pm with 1 hour break (12 hour Shift)

Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Short Week

Wednesday, Thursday
