Residential Supervisor

About the role

The Highlands Teen Pregnancy is seeking part-time staff to support pregnant and parenting teens and their babies in a safe, warm, and trauma-informed environment. As a Residential Supervisor, you will assist with providing these services.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating a safe and supportive environment for pregnant and parenting teens and their babies
• Facilitate Life Skills and Parenting Skills Activities
• Other duties as requested by the Program Director

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Pass all required background checks

Qualifications

• Experience working with pregnant and parenting teens is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay

$18 per hour

Schedule
