Residential Supervisor

About the role

In this position, you will convey your passion for helping others with a dynamic team by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our clients. You will support the professional development of Residential Counselors through training and supervision, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients, and supporting staff and programming through your knowledge of the policies and procedures of Lindencroft's Residential Department.

Responsibilities

• Support the professional development of Residential Counselors through training and supervision.
• Support all efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
• Support staff and programming through your knowledge of the policies and procedures of Lindencroft's Residential Department.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Residential program or mental health facility experience required.
• Supervisory experience in Mental Health facility required.
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting clients is required.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid driver’s license as transporting clients is required.

Skills

• Knowledge of policies and procedures of Lindencroft's Residential Department.
• Ability to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $22.50 to $33.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future. Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.
