Schedule

• Spanish Lake location
• Saturday & Sunday, 7 AM – 3 PM
• 16 hours weekly
• Awake shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide physical assistance with daily tasks and personal hygiene
• Facilitate fun activities and community outings
• Follow medical orders and administer medications
• Provide choices to clients for their daily activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Successfully completes and maintains assigned driver training
• Minimum of one weekend shift per weekend
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer-service field
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
• Professional, cooperative demeanor with clients and personnel
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation

Training

This position requires 5–7 days of paid, mandatory training at the corporate office (Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM – 4:15 PM).
