About the role
Responsible for providing direct support services to individuals with developmental disabilities in Clinton, NY.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care and support services
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Support socialization and community integration
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid New York State driver’s license
- Passing score on a background check
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities and support services
