Residential Counselor - Overnight

About the role

NFI North seeks a dedicated individual to join our team as a Youth Program Coordinator. At Oliver Place in Bath, Maine, you will work with participants facing mental health and/or substance abuse challenges, helping them recognize their potential and thrive.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain positive, healthy relationships with participants
• Motivate and inspire youth to achieve their goals
• Engage in various sports, activities, and life skills as a role model, mentor, and coach
• Utilize your creativity and energy to support the growth and development of participants

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or experience in Human Services or related field preferred
• Prior experience working with adolescents is a plus
