About the role
The Residential Coordinator at the Fontaine Inn location plays a crucial role in the Interim Housing Services team, focusing on the safety and basic needs of interim housing guests.
Responsibilities
- Complete progress notes on every face-to-face/telephone contact with participants or collateral contacts by the end of each shift.
- Provide facility tours to guests and new program participants.
- Support the case managers and program participants to support guest goals as established in individualized service plans.
- Maintain the interim housing floors to ensure a hospitable and inclusive environment.
- Collaborate with the case management and operations team to ensure the facility is clean and safe for all.
- Provide crisis intervention services focused on enhancing participants' ability to independently problem solve, use effective coping skills, and manage own care.
- Use evidence-based practices in service delivery such as intensive case management, Motivational Interviewing, and Harm Reduction.
- Cultivate strong rapport and engagement in services using lived experience.
- Provide interim housing guests with information, referrals, linkages, and advocacy for identified needs as much as possible.
- Use creative methods to use and develop community resources to broker and link participants to services.
- Promote and follow the established values, guidelines, and rules of the interim housing setting.
- Monitor phone lines and respond to any inquiries.
- Provide a high-quality customer service environment for all participants.

Qualifications
- All levels of experience and education welcome.
- Mandatory Requirements:
- Employment eligibility verification.
- Successfully complete CPR/First Aid training.
- Successfully complete Tuberculosis Test.
- Successfully complete Background Screening.
- Successfully complete Drug Test.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Have proof of insurance and ownership for personal vehicles used during work duties.
- Be able and willing to obtain PATH's insurance coverage.

Salary: $26.73 to $31.68 per hour
Schedule
Work Schedules: Tuesday - Saturday 7am to 330pm or 1pm to 930pm, Sunday - Thursday 1pm to 930pm, or Sun, Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sat 7am to 330pm
