Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in similar roles

Skills

• Strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Education and Residential Operations in the classroom by supervising students
• Process new resident intakes and manage daily logistical check-ins, including monitoring and processing passes
• Supervise and manage all monetary transactions and accounts for residential program
• Provide transportation and mentorship for essential resident needs, using drive time and daily interactions as opportunities to build meaningful, Christ-centered relationships with residents

Schedule

Tuesday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (20 hours/week)

$22–$24/hour
