About the role

Painters at Fresh Coat are artisans who build trust with clients through a commitment to culture, value, and outstanding experience. The role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint materials, maintaining cleanliness, and completing projects to a minimum Level 3 Finish based on PCA Standards.

Responsibilities

• Properly prepare the surrounding area with appropriate protective coverings.
• Prepare surfaces by identifying and correcting imperfections.
• Apply the correct paint material coverage on clean surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Complete projects within the allotted productivity time.
• Follow all health and safety protocols.
• Follow work orders and take direction as needed.
• Work as part of a team to meet deadlines.
