Sawtooth Wood Products is hiring a Professional Painter to join our team working on high-end residential and exterior projects throughout the Wood River Valley. We are looking for an experienced painter who takes pride in clean, detailed work and understands the importance of preparation, professionalism, and quality craftsmanship. Projects include exterior staining, log home refinishing, deck staining, fence painting, railings, and residential painting work. This position is ideal for someone who works efficiently, pays attention to detail, and wants consistent work with a respected local company.

Responsibilities

• Exterior staining, log home refinishing, deck staining, fence painting, railings, and residential painting work
• Works efficiently and pays attention to detail
• Ensures quality craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications
• Adheres to safety protocols and maintains a professional demeanor

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a painter
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Proficient in using various painting tools and techniques
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of painting materials and techniques
• Experience with exterior finishes and log home refinishing

$22 - $26 hourly
