About the role

Join Peak Management at Ramblewood Apartments as a Resident Specialist. This position involves interacting directly with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy, providing high-quality customer service, and fostering positive relationships through community events.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy
• Work patiently, professionally, and cooperatively with residents and staff to provide excellent customer service
• Foster a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with residents and communities through annual, monthly, and weekly resident functions and events
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of Fair Housing
• Maintain reliable transportation

Requirements

• Physical requirements: prolonged sitting, working on a computer, standing, walking, lifting up to 15 pounds, traversing properties with stairs, and navigating various weather conditions
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
