Resident Specialist

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Paychex Flex, Yadri, RealPage, Gmail, Incheck, Zoom, Google Workplace, CheckScan.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university; and four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Act (FHA), Housing Preservation Development (HPD), Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), and other government programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• English and Spanish bilingual preferred.
