Resident Services Professional
About the role
The Resident Service Professional is often the first point of contact for prospective residents. This position allows you to build relationships with prospective residents and show them why they should select a Chestnut Hill Realty apartment as their home. Making residents feel at home is an important aspect of your position, with responsibilities that include maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective residents
- Identify needs and show apartments
- Overcome objections and obtain lease paperwork
- Aid in planning and running resident get-togethers or events
- Complete monthly administrative tasks in an organized and timely manner
Requirements
- 2+ years of property management/real estate leasing experience
- Team-oriented with ability to work independently on occasion
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn and operate company software programs
Qualifications
Self-motivated, sales/customer service experience, and flexibility to work Saturdays and holidays.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $21.00-24.00 hourly along with an additional incentive structure, depending on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
Schedule
Monday-Sunday, 2+ days per week, with flexibility to work Saturdays and holidays.
