Resident Services Coordinator - Tuesday-Saturday

About the role

The Springs at Lake Oswego is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to join their team. This role serves as the main point of contact for residents, families, and staff regarding care needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all parties are appropriately informed about care needs through effective communication
• Work closely with the community nurse to maintain the accuracy of care documentation
• Monitor and communicate changes in care status to Health Services employees
• Schedule and assist with health-related appointments for residents
• Oversee service planning and assist with employee scheduling
• Lead the team and support the staff schedule

Qualifications

• A strong leader
• An attention to detail
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test
• Sincere appreciation for elders and observable respect for caregivers, med techs, and the important work they do
• One year of leadership experience (Required)
• Two years of senior care experience (Preferred)
• Prior experience working in residential care, preferably as a caregiver or medication technician
