Resident Services Coordinator
About the role
The Resident Services Coordinator will assist and coordinate all requests from military families with the property management team, including move ins, move outs, inquiries, and community standards enforcement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct move out assessments with departing residents and assess any charge for damages.
- Administer move-in paperwork and home inspections with residents.
- Answer resident questions and assists in resolving resident complaints.
- Provide high standard of customer service to residents through a prompt and courteous response to all inquiries.
- Maintain curb appeal throughout the community and office and maintain the cleanliness, housekeeping and general appearance of the office, amenities, models and common areas of the property including trash pick up and enforcing community standards.
- Aid in the inspections of vacant homes and take appropriate action to prepare them for rent-ready status.
- Actively participate in organization and execution of company-sponsored resident events including social events, educational classes and community programs.
- Provide administrative support at the community center.
- Develop and maintain strong resident relations.
- Complete customer relationship management requirements for the Resident Journey program.
- Conduct neighborhood tours and home showings for qualified potential residents.
- Maintain a fundamental working knowledge of all lease documentation and resident guide policies and procedures.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
- A valid driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
- Proficient with web-based applications and computer systems such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Solid organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities.
Preferred Qualifications
- An associate's degree in a business-related field.
- Experience in property management.
- Experience with Yardi or RealPage property management software.
