Job Summary
As a Waterton Resident Services Coordinator, you will work with residents, respond to inquiries and concerns, engage residents through programs and events, monitor service requests, coordinate with the service team, and support the lease renewal and move-out processes.

- A high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of property management or customer service experience (optional)

Typical Base Pay Range: $23.00-$27.50 per hour, plus bonus program participation
