About the role
As a Resident Services Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the community associations we manage. You'll work side-by-side with the Community Manager to ensure each community is well-maintained, residents and Board members feel heard and supported, and Association operations stay aligned with governing documents, Board priorities, and CAMCO's standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Ensure community properties are maintained according to CAMCO's standards and governing documents.
- Communicate regularly with residents and Board members to address concerns and provide support.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to maintain and improve community facilities.
- Support the Community Manager in managing Board meetings and ensuring compliance with Board priorities.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as lease processing, resident communications, and event coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in property management or community association management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
