Resident Services Coordinator
Overview
Captures general business office activities within an apartment community. Handles communication with residents and families, addressing questions or concerns and escalating issues as necessary. Facilitates social and recreational programs for property residents. Acts as the first point of contact for residents. Manages service requests, coordinates with service contractors, and ensures compliance with corporate policies and regulations. Maintains accurate records and files, schedules meetings, and collects deposits.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Additional degree in General Studies preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service and resident retention experience required
