Resident Services Coordinator
About the role
We are seeking a Resident Services Coordinator who can deliver an extraordinary experience for our talented associates and residents. This position requires a passion for providing exceptional customer service, 1+ years of experience in a customer service role, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong problem-solving skills, and a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns
- Provide community information to residents
- Conduct move-in orientation to new residents
- Follow up with residents following service completed in their home to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Strong problem solving skills
- Valid driver’s license may be required
- Evenings, weekends and/or holidays may be required
