About the role

We are seeking a Resident Services Coordinator who can deliver an extraordinary experience for our talented associates and residents. This position requires a passion for providing exceptional customer service, 1+ years of experience in a customer service role, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong problem-solving skills, and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to resident inquiries and concerns
  • Provide community information to residents
  • Conduct move-in orientation to new residents
  • Follow up with residents following service completed in their home to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license may be required
  • Evenings, weekends and/or holidays may be required
